Better than expected
It was a nice suprise to receive this tote bag. The size is perfect, the leather lovely and easy to get in and out of despite the over the handle closure.
Use it every day.

Not happy
When I ordered my bag, I was not aware of the buy one get one get one free promotion. I emailed my concern and was not pleased with your response. Going forward, allow me to suggest that had you sent the least priced bag or even a wallet, you would have had a customer in many organizations as a pleased customer. Instead, you have someone who is extremely disappointed in your customer service . Therefore, would never order again or recommend your products.
